I love creating cakes and sweet treats for all occasions when you want something special, something a little bit different or maybe even something that will make you stop and ask: “Is that really cake?”

My cakes taste as good as they look, with only the best quality ingredients used. You can choose buttercream, preserves, curds and ganache as fillings and a range of cake flavours.

The design of the cake will be unique to you truly a bespoke creation with carefully researched, appealing decoration and an attention to detail that makes it a ‘cake of art’.

Cakes for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduation parties and retirement celebrations, baby showers and christenings, whatever your occasion, please contact me for a no obligation quote. No cake is too big or too small; corporate enquiries are welcome. I bake from a home kitchen that is fully registered and inspected, with a 5 star hygiene rating.

From the moment I attended my first cake decorating course I knew this was my passion.

I attend regular classes with the amazing Rhu Strand at Pimp my cake with Mama Rhu focusing particularly on sugar models – I love bringing sugarpaste to life!

I have also completed the PME courses with the talented Julie Orton at Cake Genie in Sugarpaste and Sugar Flowers, which I love creating, and a course at Squires Kitchen on sugarpaste and royal icing.

I attend Cake International and other cake exhibitions regularly; you never stop learning! I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and hold BSG liability insurance. I have a Level 2 certificate in Food Hygiene.
