I want my cakes to taste as good as they look, and will make sure they are moist and delicious for you. This comes from using the finest, freshest free-range ingredients but also from being a bit of a perfectionist!
Chocolate, vanilla and lemon remain favourites, but I am happy to supply any of the following, or combinations of them! If you want something different, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
– Chocolate indulgence, with chocolate buttercream filling and dark chocolate ganache
– Luscious lemon drizzle sponge, infused with lemon syrup, filled with lemon buttercream and coated with white chocolate ganache.
– Vanilla sponge, infused with vanilla syrup, filled with buttercream and coated with white chocolate ganache.
– Lemon curd and blueberry, strawberry and raspberry preserves are available as fillings if required.
– Traditional rich fruit cake with brandy soaked fruit (please note that fruit cakes require a few weeks notice so that they are at their best)
– Carrot cake with white chocolate buttercream and coated with white chocolate ganache.
You can of course combine flavours if you are having a cake with two or more tiers.
