I want my cakes to taste as good as they look, and will make sure they are moist and delicious for you. This comes from using the finest, freshest free-range ingredients but also from being a bit of a perfectionist!

Chocolate, vanilla and lemon remain favourites, but I am happy to supply any of the following, or combinations of them! If you want something different, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Chocolate indulgence, with chocolate buttercream filling and dark chocolate ganache

Luscious lemon drizzle sponge, infused with lemon syrup, filled with lemon buttercream and coated with white chocolate ganache.

Vanilla sponge, infused with vanilla syrup, filled with buttercream and coated with white chocolate ganache.

Lemon curd and blueberry, strawberry and raspberry preserves are available as fillings if required.

Traditional rich fruit cake with brandy soaked fruit (please note that fruit cakes require a few weeks notice so that they are at their best)

Carrot cake with white chocolate buttercream and coated with white chocolate ganache.

You can of course combine flavours if you are having a cake with two or more tiers.
